I'm a graphic designer who has recently graduated from Lenoir Community College's Graphics program. I have received both my Associate in Applied Science for Advertising & Graphic Design and Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology.

I've always enjoyed being creative. From drawing and making videos, I have always found ways to let my creativity shine. The work I've done at LCC has helped me develop my skills and find new ways to express myself creatively.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

  • Developed intriguing, creative designs for various projects

  • Experience in working through challenges and finding solutions

COMPUTER GRAPHICS

  • Utilized Photoshop to prep images, mask out items, and complete various other projects

  • Created logos and designs for posters, brochures, and postcards with Adobe llustrator and InDesign

  • Generated designs for print

  • Designed logos and social media posts for clients

  • Knowlegeable on proper resolutions for both digital and print output

  • Created 3D mock-ups of packaging concepts using Adobe Dimension

WEB DESIGN

  • Used Adobe XD to design interactive mobile and desktop websites

  • Used online website design templates to create various webpages

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY

  • Used Canon EOS SLR cameras to capture product images and record video

  • Familiar with Smith-Victor studio lighting equipment

  • Used Adobe Audition to record voice-overs

PRINTING

  • Output single and two-color offset work using Heidelberg QM 46 two-color press

  • Printed brochures, menu cards, posters, packaging, and pop-up boxes using digital presses (Xerox 180 and Minolta Accuriopress 4070)

  • Printed decals, posters, and book covers using the Mutoh 1604 wide-format press

  • Printed directly to corrugated material and acrylic using the Acuity 1600 LED wide-fromat press

  • Familiar with RIP software (EFI Fiery EX180 and Caldera)

  • Established cut lines, creases, and milling paths with Illustrator for use on Esko i-Cut Production software

  • Used the Fuji XMF Prepress Workflow System to impose and prepare files for plate output

  • Used the Heidelberg Suprasetter to create plates

  • Dye-sublimated coffee mugs using the Sawgrass SG800 and Geo Knight DK16 clamshell heat press

FINISHING

  • Enhanced projects with metallic foil embellishments using the Accurioshine 101 foil/laminator

  • Produced hardcover books using the ExactBind bookbinder

  • Laminated projects using the EB-1200 laminator

  • Used the Rhin-o-Tuff punch binding system for wire, spiral, and comb binding
